Training

• A Data Audit Framework training session was provided at the DCC Curation 101 summer school on 7th October 2008. Slides which provide an overview to the project an outline a practical appraisal exercise using the tool are available. The dataset and audit forms used can be provided on request.

• A half day workshop to train potential auditors was held Monday 1st December 2008. It was run by Sarah Jones, Cuna Ekmekcioglu and Partick McCann. Presentations outlining the DAF Methodology and explaining lessons learned when implementing it were followed by a practical exercise using the online tool and general discussion.

Promotional materials

A leaflet, briefing paper and a poster have been created to promote the Framework. Hard copies can be provided on request.
